We dust all flat surfaces, wash the mirrors and windows, remove cobwebs from every corner, clean the inside and outside of the kitchen appliances and, if you want to, clean the mattresses.

End Of tenancy cleaning is a thoroughly professional cleaning service that takes place at the end of a contract before tenants move out. There is also Pre- tenancy cleaning Service that is done prior the new tenants/ new owners of a property move in. The quality of the service is the same.

There is no certain amount of time that we can give, as that depends on the state of the property. It might take between 3-6 hours, it might be more. It also depends on the number of cleaners providing the service.

You can do it by yourself, but that type of service is a deep professional cleaning service and the property has to be cleaned. That type of service require a good eye for details, equipment and skilled cleaners who know exactly how to clean different types of surfaces, bathroom premises and kitchen.

The number of cleaners might vary, but we will make sure that all requirements are met for your property size and your needs.

Please note that we give guarantee for 72 hours after the cleaning service. If there is an issue you can always discuss it with our customer service. Please also be aware that complaints will be dealt with only if no one occupied the property after the cleaning service. Also we are not responsible for any damage that was in the property prior the cleaning service. If the property is in poor state, if pets caused any damage, for wear and tear we are not to be held responsible.

Please note that we expect the property to be completely empty. The cleaners come to clean, not to clear or throw your belongings. Completely empty house is what we need on arrival so we can start the cleaning.

Yes, you can do that 48 hours before the service scheduled appointment. We will re-organise that for you. Subject to availability applies.

Yes, that is included in the service, Please note that both should be emptied and the freezer must be defrosted prior our arrival, so we can clean it thoroughly and have the needed time to do so.

That is a part of our service, however Venetian and Wooden blinds might be subjected to extra cost.

We do not do that and that is not part of EOT service. We dust the cobwebs, but walls and ceilings are subjected to prior agreement, additional cost , and of course if we are physically able to perform the task.

We will clean all single glazed internal windows. External windows could be done if it is safe to do and that comes on additional cost.

EOT includes hoovering of the carpets and the upholstery. If you request professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service additional cost will be applied. Please note that all carpet and upholstery cleaning Services are subjected to -10% off discount if the amount for it is above £100.00.

No, no one can guarantee that unfortunately. We use the best machines and detergents, techniques and knowledge, but removal of stains that depends on the nature of the stains, how long they were left on the carpets, and of course- type of carpets. The technician will advise upon inspection of the carpets/ upholstery.

You do not have to be in the property. We need to be given access and someone to inspect the property after job completion.
